1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Struggle Attire website and services. By placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to screen variations and production batches, colours and sizing may differ slightly.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another when your order is dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer delivery within the UK and selected international locations.

  • Standard UK delivery takes approx. 3–7 working days.

  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return an item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and designs on our website are the property of Struggle Attire and may not be used without permission.

9. Privacy & Data

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our products.

11. Raffle Prize Draw Terms

 AIM HIGHER Raffle Policy – Win a £100,000 Car

a. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older.

  • Only one free entry per person is allowed.

  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family of Struggle Attire are not eligible to participate.

b. How to Enter

 Purchase Entry:

  • Each qualifying paid order made through our Shopify store during the promotion counts as one raffle entry.

  • Your Shopify order number serves as your proof of entry and raffle ticket.

  • Multiple purchases mean multiple entries (one per order).

 Free Entry (No Purchase Required):

  • Email your full name and email address along with the phrase:
    "AIM HIGHER RAFFLE ENTRY"
    to: info.struggleattire@gmail.com or via our contact page on our website.

  • Limited to one free entry per person.

  • A maximum of 1,000 free entries will be accepted (first come, first served). Valid free entries will receive a confirmation email and unique entry ID within 7 days.

  • Each valid free entry will receive a unique ID code as proof.

  • Free entries may be asked for light ID verification such as ID or a selfie holding a piece of paper with there name, the date and the phrase aim higher raffle written on the paper.

c. Entry Deadline

  • The raffle closes automatically when 50,000 valid paid orders have been received.

  • Free entries do not count toward this total.

  • If the paid order target is not reached by 20/04/2026, Struggle Attire reserves the right to:

    • Postpone the draw to a later date, OR

    • Substitute the prize with a lower-value alternative (see Section 4).

d. Prize Details and Conditional Clause

 Prizes:

  • 1st Prize – Winner’s Choice (up to £100,000):

    • £100,000 paid directly towards the winner’s mortgage, OR

    • A car of the winner’s choice (up to £100,000 in value), OR

    • £50,000 tax-free cash

    🥈 2nd Prize:

    • £500 Struggle Attire Voucher

    🥉 3rd Prize:

    • Sports Massage worth up to £100

    Car Prize Inclusions:

    • Collection or UK mainland delivery

    • Winner is responsible for insurance, maintenance, and any taxes

 Conditional Clause:

  • The grand prize (1st prize) will only be awarded if 50,000 qualifying paid orders are reached.

  • If the goal is not met, Struggle Attire will continue the draw until the target is met.

e. Winner Selection

  • One winner per prize will be selected at random using a secure digital randomization tool.

  • Winners will be contacted by email and announced on @StruggleAttire within 7 days of the draw.

  • Winners must respond within 14 days of contact. If a winner fails to claim their prize within this period, Struggle Attire reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

f. General Terms

  • Fraudulent, duplicate, or automated entries will be disqualified.

  • By entering, participants agree to be contacted about the raffle.

  • Winners consent to having their first name and location used in promotions (e.g. “Jordan from London won the prize!”)

  • Personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • Struggle Attire may request proof of ID for eligibility confirmation.

  • The draw will occur within 7 days of reaching 50,000 paid orders.

  • All entry data will be securely stored and deleted within 90 days, unless marketing consent is given.

  • Entry progress (number of paid orders received) will be updated regularly via our website or social channels to keep participants informed.

g. Legal Disclaimer

  • This raffle is a free prize draw, not a lottery or gambling activity.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.

  • The draw is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Struggle Attire may modify or cancel the promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • Any disputes arising from this raffle will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
