Struggle Attire – Aim Higher


🔁 Returns

We want you to love your Struggle Attire purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or socks unless faulty.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns

⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Email us at info.struggleattire@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos

We’ll sort it out quickly, either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
